Welcome to All Saints' Church in Queensbury!
We have again taken the decision to suspend services in church until the Tier 4 restrictions are lifted, and we can have more confidence that in inviting you to attend worship in person, we can keep the risks of contracting the virus to a minimum. We are still holding services online, on Zoom and on our Facebook page, and we're putting the streamed services on our website for you to catch up with later. We'd love to have you join us. For more details, please see our Coronavirus page on this website here.
If you'd like to join in with us live, we're live-streaming services and prayers to our Facebook page and you can always join us there for our Sunday morning worship at 10am as well as services and prayers on other days. But if you want to catch up with them later, we're also posting them on our website here, so you can watch them and pray and worship with us whenever you're ready.
If you are looking for a church in Queensbury, wanting to find out about our services, or thinking about a baptism or a wedding, you've come to the right place.
We are a Church of England church, with regular services of Holy Communion at 10am on Sundays and Wednesdays, as well as on other special occasions during the year. To find out more about what our services are like, please see here.
We also have a modern and flexible Hall, which we will be happy to hire out for one-off or regular bookings again once the restrictions are lifted.
We would be
really pleased to see you if you want to come along to a service. If you
are Romanian, you will be very welcome to worship with us. Our services are in
English, but we want to make it possible for everyone who lives in Queensbury
to pray and praise God and grow in faith here at All Saints'. Please see here for
The care and protection of children, young people and adults involved in church activities is the responsibility of everyone who participates in the life of the church, and it's a responsibility we take very seriously. The PCC have adopted the House of Bishops' Safeguarding Policy, promoting a safe church for everyone we are involved with.
If you have a concern about a child, young person, or adult who may be at risk of harm, please speak the Rev'd Kate Blake, our vicar, on 020 8952 4536, or to one of our Safeguarding team - our Safeguarding Officers are Heather Thomas, who can be reached on 07931 571 841; and Michael Fisher, 07836 381 073.
Please don't hesitate to get in touch, we'd much rather know about a concern that proves to be misplaced than risk someone suffering. If you want more information about any safeguarding issues, or the numbers to call for support locally, please see our Safeguarding page here.
We hope our website will answer some of your questions. But even more, we hope that you will want to come and visit us. We would love to meet you!
If you would like to support our work in the parish, we'd be very grateful for any donations. For more details please see our Online Giving page, or you can give online using the button at the top of this page. Thank you very much for your support.
