Advent and Christmas 2018

There's lots going on at All Saints' over Advent and Christmas.  Advent is a precious time when we prepare to welcome Jesus into our lives as a human being who knows what it's like to live in this world as well as our Saviour.  It's an important season of the church in its own right, but we also have that opportunity to look forward with excitement to the great festival of Christmas.  Our 10am services will continue every Sunday, and we are also holding special services particularly for this time of year:

Mondays 3rd, and 10th and 17th December, 8pm

Silent prayer by candlelight in the Chapel, 8pm - as an antidote to the rushing, and to keep focus on God, come for half an hour of silent prayer on Mondays in Advent, followed by Compline, a calm and peaceful service to end the day.  Silent prayer and compline together will not last more than 45 minutes.  Please come in through the car-park door.

Sunday 16th December, 3pm

Blue Christmas If you're finding things difficult this Christmas, you're not alone.  This is a gentle, contemplative service for anyone who may be sad or struggling during this season of celebrations.
