Christmas 2023
These are the services we have planned for Christmas this year. We do hope we can celebrate together!
Sunday 17th December, 6:30pm: Carol service
The traditional service of carols, readings and prayers. We'll be singing our favourite carols, and beginning our celebration of Christmas. This service is always held jointly with our friends from Queensbury Methodist Church, and we're holding the service there this year - it's the big church on Beverley Drive. Do stay afterwards for a mince pie and a hot drink!
Christmas Eve, 4pm: Children’s Nativity Service
Telling the story of Jesus’ birth. Children of all ages particularly welcome.
Christmas Eve, 8pm: First Holy Communion of Christmas
The first service of Christmas, with carols. We’ll be sharing the Sacrament of Holy Communion. We are not having a the first Communion of Christmas over midnight, but because night will have fallen, we can mark the beginning of Christmas with an earlier service, starting at 8pm.
Christmas Day, 10am: Family Communion
We're holding a service on Christmas morning, suitable for all the family.
